Woodley got an opportunity to take a Robotics & Engineering Course through our GEMS in STEM Summer Program in Summer 2022.
Woodley has now established that he wants to be an Engineer when he completes High School.

A 15 Year IT Consulting veteran with experience leading enterprise level IT projects both domestically and internationally.. Ciandress has a passion for helping others related to career and business development. She especially has a passion for helping young poeple in helping them fulfill their full potential, set and achieve goals, and get the most out of life as they pursue their dreams.
Catrice Sales
Deputy Director
Catrice is a Senior Manager at Adapt Health and brings to the Be Great Foundation decades of management and administrative expertise. Catrice has a passion for helping underserved youth develop viable career paths and has a particular knack for game development and design and shares that passion through our Dreamers + Builders Game Design workshop.
Judy Rebo
Board Chair
Judy brings over 40 years of successful sales/marketing experience within the consumer good and pharmaceutical industry to the team She hopes to share actual knowledge along with real world challenges that individuals face when navigating corporate ladders. She also hope to inspire our Be Great candidates to never give up and to realize much can be accomplished through dedication, planning, preparation, experience, and hard work.

David Small is a lifelong entrepreneur, raised in Greensboro NC. As a business owner and father of 4 he has strived to provide excellent service to the community and his family.
Showcasing his talents in the Aviation and Entrepreneurship fields, he is a coach, mentor and unrelenting student of Success.
Loretta Garvin
Board of Directors
Loretta Garvin is a retired secretary for the Department Of Human Services for he state of New Jersey. Loretta has extensive peer to peer fundraising experience and is a lifelong member of the Church of God in Christ where she has served on the Usher Board for over 20 years.

Lifelong resident of the Piedmont Triad with 30 years experience in Logistics with multiple international companies.

Juan Alexander

Juan is a Graduating Senior at North Carolina A&T State University from Chesapeake, VA. He enjoys working with technology of any kind, problem solving and working in the community.
Juan serves as a lead mentor for the Certification Support Program with an expertise in programming and technical interviewing.
Zenobia Frazier

Zenobia Frazier has spent 20 years in healthcare leadership with an emphasis on strategic growth and program design. Zenobia is a wife and has two nephews who are her heart's joy. She is a champion for equity and inclusion and has a passion for addressing the social determinants, and non-environmental factors that impact one’s overall station in life.
Marquez Montgomery

Marquez R. Montgomery also known as “Marq” is a Workforce Development Professional from Philadelphia, PA. Marquez matriculated K-12 grades in the Philadelphia School District and later obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Speech Communication from Clark Atlanta University. Marquez is actively engaged in ministry, enjoys yoga, and exploring Greensboro and its neighboring cities.
